Our client is a well-established real estate organisation headquartered in Singapore, with a strong international footprint.

They are currently looking for a Retail Leasing professional to support the leasing strategy and overall performance of their retail portfolio. The role will focus on securing new tenants, managing existing tenancies, and maximising both occupancy levels and rental income.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and execute leasing strategies to raise occupancy rates and rental income across the retail portfolio.
• Oversee new and existing tenancies, including lease negotiations, renewals, and all tenancy-related matters.
• Source potential tenants and develop new business opportunities to strengthen the retail tenant mix.
• Carry out market research on competing properties, rental benchmarks, and occupancy-related costs to inform leasing decisions.
• Track occupancy, rental performance, and tenancy matters, and prepare reports and updates for management.
• Support annual rental budget preparation, rental forecasting, and monthly management reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and other stakeholders to facilitate leasing activities and support portfolio performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant retail leasing experience, preferably in shopping malls or within a landlord/REIT setting.
• Sound knowledge of retail leasing procedures, lease negotiations, and tenancy management.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and secure prospective tenants.
• Existing retailer contacts or the ability to establish and sustain retailer relationships.
• Competence in analysis, negotiation, presentation, and communication.
• A proactive team player able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• EAA/RES certification, if required for the specific duties of the role.

• Salary : up to S$6,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
