Construction Lead Planner Primavera P6

Our client is an established A1 main contractor in Singapore, known for a solid track record delivering major building and construction projects. With continued project expansion, they are inviting an experienced Planning Manager to manage construction planning, programme management, and project progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6. Set up baseline schedules, track actual progress, and highlight critical path delays as well as programme risks.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to monitor progress against key project milestones.
• Review schedule variances and formulate mitigation strategies and recovery programmes when necessary.
• Produce regular progress reports, programme revisions and management dashboards.
• Assist project teams with programme-related requirements, including variations, delay assessments and extensions of time (EOT).
• Coordinate construction activities, resources and key milestones to enable timely project delivery.
• Attend project meetings and communicate schedule risks and overall progress to the relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant planning experience in building or civil construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, covering construction scheduling and programme updates.
• Sound knowledge of construction sequencing, critical path analysis and progress monitoring.
• Experience with baseline programmes, delay analysis and recovery scheduling will be an advantage.
• Experience with an A1 main contractor or major construction projects will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

. Salary : up to S$11,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
