Service Coordinator

Job Overview:

• Promptly acknowledge receipt of used goods returned for repairs to customers and coordinate or perform inspections of the physical contents of these returns.

• Oversee the service order process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies related to import and export shipments.

• Schedule service orders, collaborate with service technicians, warehouse personnel, planning teams, logistics operations, and sales units to meet agreed deadlines and facilitate the timely dispatch of service orders to clients.

• Review billing requests for service orders to ensure pricing aligns with established price lists.

• Generate repair quotations for customers and monitor their responses to ensure prompt follow-up.

• Track daily maintenance backlog and proactively inform customers of any potential delays.

• Manage the maintenance call process, including creating service orders from sold contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement workflow systems to boost efficiency and productivity.

• Perform miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business, Logistics, Materials Engineering, or related fields, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on technical experience will be considered an advantage.

• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of establishing strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

• Skilled in multitasking and performing under pressure to meet shipment deadlines.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Proficiency in any Asian languages will be an added benefit.

• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
