Identity and Access Management

• Proficient in Windows Server OS and Linux OS within a virtualized environment

• Experience with Virtualization technologies and Hypervisors

• Capable of Network Monitoring

• Collaborate, guide, and coordinate with a cross-functional technical team and stakeholders to design, implement, and validate solutions that align with project performance requirements.
• Engage with partners to identify and resolve technical issues while also supporting both preventive and corrective maintenance efforts.
• Establish a technical implementation timeline that incorporates a critical path, harmonizing with the overall project management schedule.
• Work in conjunction with key vendors and partners to architect and assess proposed solutions, ensuring compliance with established standards and policies.
• Skilled in interpreting technical documentation, installation guides, and system diagrams, with the ability to navigate construction drawings and floor plans.
• Ensure the successful execution of User Acceptance Tests for the project in line with specified requirements.
• Knowledgeable in electrical power systems and well-versed in power cabling processes for on-site operations.
• Participate in client meetings, providing regular updates on project status and monitoring progress effectively.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, and project managers regarding design approvals, work progress, and troubleshooting issues.
• Define clear project deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for technical engineers, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards key milestones to complete tasks on schedule.
• Support the maintenance team in ensuring system availability and reliability to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for system issues and failures, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Possess knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding of financial reporting, budget management, and project cost control.
• Achieve essential certifications to maintain partnerships with key vendors.
