Role: Fluent Commerce OMS Technical Lead (Senior Developer) responsible for designing and delivering enterprise Order Management solutions

Fluent Commerce OMS expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Fluent Commerce Fluent OMS, including workflows, rules configuration, and platform development

Order lifecycle knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end order lifecycle, including order creation, processing, fulfillment, cancellation, and returns

OMS capabilities: Experience across key OMS capabilities, including Inventory Sourcing, Reservations, Allocation, and Fulfillment

Enterprise integrations: Experience integrating Fluent Commerce with enterprise systems such as SAP ERP, eCommerce platforms, WMS, and middleware

API and troubleshooting skills: Strong experience with APIs, GraphQL, REST services, and integration troubleshooting, along with tools such as Postman

Solution design: Ability to translate business requirements into Fluent Commerce solution design, workflows, rules, and technical components

Development background: Strong development background in Java, JavaScript, or related enterprise technologies with good debugging and production stabilization skills

Industry and adjacent OMS experience: Experience in Retail CPG and Agile delivery preferred. IBM Sterling OMS experience can be considered an additional adjacent OMS skill

Experience requirement: Experience Preferably 8-12 years overall IT experience with strong hands-on OMS experience and demonstrated Fluent Commerce implementation/development expertise. For a Lead/Architect profile the earlier requirement targeted 10-12 years
