Primary Duties:

• We are in search of a talented and forward-thinking Technology Analyst to fill the role of Gen AI Developer within our team
• In this pivotal position, you will be integral in crafting, developing, and executing state-of-the-art AI solutions that enhance business growth and operational excellence
• Your primary focus will be on general Artificial Intelligence, utilizing your knowledge of LangChain, Python, Gen AI, Agentic AI, Kafka, and Prompt Engineering to create intelligent systems capable of learning, reasoning, and human interaction

• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement AI models and systems leveraging Python, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and other pertinent technologies
• Engage with cross-functional teams to pinpoint business challenges and devise AI-driven solutions
• Handle large datasets for training and testing AI models, ensuring optimal performance
• Utilize Prompt Engineering strategies to enhance the performance of AI systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues in AI systems to maintain peak performance and reliability
• Offer technical direction and expertise to guarantee high-quality results
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Take part in code reviews and contribute to the enhancement of overall code quality
• Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MCA)
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years of practical experience in Gen AI development
• Strong command of the Python programming language
• Practical experience with LangChain, Gen AI, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for analyzing complex issues and formulating innovative solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across various departments

Technical Proficiencies:

• Certification in AI or a closely related field, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified AI Engineer
• Experience with additional AI frameworks and technologies including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, principles, and industry best practices
• Experience with DevOps methodologies, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
