Key Responsibilities:

• In your role as a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main focus will be to delve into customer challenges, diagnose problem areas, devise innovative solutions, and oversee implementation, all aimed at achieving client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of specific sections of the proposal document and provide insights into solution design based on your areas of expertise to develop comprehensive proposals.
• Your responsibilities will include planning configuration activities, configuring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting with any queries regarding requirements and solution design.
• You will lead solution product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary constraints while adhering to organizational financial guidelines.
• Take the initiative to manage small projects and contribute to both unit-level and organizational efforts focused on delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to our clients.
