Core Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications utilizing React Native.
• Lead the execution of complex UI flows, navigation patterns, and reusable component libraries with an emphasis on scalability and uniformity.
• Integrate GraphQL APIs, define efficient queries and mutations, and ensure reliable client-side data management and caching.
• Enhance mobile application performance by optimizing rendering, startup times, and memory usage, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
• Work alongside backend teams to synchronize GraphQL schemas and client specifications, enhancing API usability and dependability.
• Guarantee code quality through clean architecture, unit and integration testing, as well as comprehensive code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate production issues, including crash analysis and timely release hotfixes.
• Mentor fellow engineers, advocate for best practices, and contribute to technical decision-making and delivery planning.
• Engage in release management, app store submissions, and the continual optimization of CI/CD and development workflows.

Technical Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications
• 9 to 11 years of comprehensive software development experience with a strong hands-on focus on React Native.
• Demonstrated experience in building and launching mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Advanced skills in GraphQL integration within mobile applications, including query and mutation design as well as error management.
• Thorough understanding of mobile fundamentals, performance optimization, debugging, and platform-specific considerations.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and consistently delivering features in production settings.

Additional Qualifications:

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in designing scalable mobile architectures and establishing patterns for state management, networking, and modularization.
• Strong expertise in GraphQL client strategies, including caching, pagination, optimistic updates, and schema-driven development practices.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing strategies for React Native applications, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as enhancing test coverage.
• Experience in boosting developer productivity through tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation for mobile applications.
• Proven technical leadership through mentoring, ownership of critical modules, and promoting engineering best practices across teams.
