Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming international customer calls and resolve customer queries.
• Deliver professional customer support while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.
• Ensure consistent call quality and meet established performance targets.
• Record customer interactions and adhere to process guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of international voice process experience.
• Any graduate.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work US and 24×7 rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work from the office.
• Immediate joiners only.

Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA, based on experience and current CTC.
