Job Summary

We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Developer with practical experience in Apex programming and Salesforce platform development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, configuring, and supporting Salesforce applications to align with business goals and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, and other Salesforce development tools.
• Configure and customize Salesforce capabilities to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain business logic, automation, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
• Work with standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects by debugging code and optimizing application performance.
• Partner with business analysts, functional consultants, and other technical teams.
• Carry out unit testing and assist with deployment activities across Salesforce environments.
• Adhere to Salesforce development best practices and established coding standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and Apex programming.
• Knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, and asynchronous Apex.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce automation and customization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Understanding of debugging, testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Visualforce, and Salesforce deployment tools.
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
