Position Summary

Work youll do:

• Lead scrum teams for Epics/Features; deliver technical design and develop stories for each sprint
• Own estimation for Epics/Features; help drive project plan/timeline and enable upsell/cross-sell through accurate estimations
• Take end-to-end responsibility for functional modules; lead story grooming and solutioning with onshore/client teams
• Maintain quality through unit/peer reviews; perform RCA for defects and ensure timely fixes
• Lead code reviews; ensure team compliance with standards; advise on customization versus configuration
• Lead client demos; prepare status/QRM reports; communicate risks/issues during project meetings
• Create process flows and release notes; manage pipelines and leverage Delivery Excellence/automation assets
• Prepare Gantt charts, RACII/dependency matrices; manage project leverage with the Manager
• Prepare engagement review documentation; support upsell/cross-sell activities across account/project
• Architect, lead, and optimize Agentforce/GenAI integrations; drive adoption of GenAI/Agentic solutions
• Lead technical solutioning, conduct code reviews, and make customization/configuration decisions for Agentic solutions
• Drive innovation across GenAI/Agentforce use cases; ensure best practices for AI/ML integration with Salesforce

Qualifications:

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 4 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com
• Ability to understand functional requirements and develop technical solutions in Salesforce
• Design solutions using standard patterns; communicate designs clearly to the team
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and effectively communicate findings to Business and Functional analysts
• Ability to evaluate the impact of changes in functional requirements on technical designs
• Ability to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed

Certification:

• Salesforce.com Platform Developer certifications
• Salesforce.com Domain Certifications

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Experience in Salesforce.com Development environments (VS Code)
• Knowledge of Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and SFDX
• Experience with integration and configuration

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
