Job Description

• Provide guidance on a diverse array of technology, intellectual property, and commercial agreements
• Lead the drafting and negotiation processes for licensing, technology transfer, and R&D partnerships
• Assist with cross-border commercial contracts pertaining to global sales and collaborations
• Deliver prompt, practical legal advice to senior leadership and business units
• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders across various functions
• Oversee and coordinate external counsel regarding foreign laws and specialized issues

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified attorney holding an LLB (Honours) from an accredited university
• Licensed to practice law in Singapore
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and/or technology-related legal fields
• Experience from private practice, in-house roles, or a combination of both
• Proven ability to work independently while effectively engaging with stakeholders
• Exemplary commercial judgment, analytical skills, and communication abilities
