Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant for Customer Transformation, you will spearhead strategic initiatives that transform how organizations connect with customers, grow revenue, and streamline commercial operations in today’s digital economy. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to design and deliver change initiatives that align sales, marketing, commerce, and service capabilities with shifting customer expectations, new technologies, and competitive market trends.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Drive Transformation Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives that fuel business growth, strengthen customer engagement, and improve commercial operations by applying expertise in digital commerce, business strategy, and change management.
• Conduct Maturity Assessments: Evaluate current-state processes, uncover growth opportunities, and design future-state operating models that bring together digital sales channels, omnichannel commerce, and customer-focused engagement approaches.
• Define Transformation Roadmaps: Build and execute transformation roadmaps that support adoption of modern platforms, including CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, OMS, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to enable cross-functional alignment, drive stakeholder engagement, and support agile delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Enable Solution Adoption: Support adoption of transformative strategies and solutions, ensuring successful integration and realization of ROI.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Business Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives that transform sales, marketing, and commerce functions, applying business acumen and change management strengths to drive revenue growth and optimize commercial operations.
• 8+ years of experience in customer, front-office, or process transformation consulting
• Participation in at least three customer transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of front-office digital transformation, including CRM, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in global, multi-disciplinary environments.
• Modern Platform Implementation: Experience implementing modern platforms such as CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, OMS, and customer data platforms (CDPs) to enable transformative strategies and solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience enabling cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and agile execution of transformation initiatives, ensuring successful integration and ROI realization.

• Familiarity with AI, automation, emerging CRM, Martech, and Commerce technologies.
• Understanding of process redesign, optimization, and reinvention methodologies.
• Experience applying design thinking or agile transformation frameworks.
• Industry experience within, or across retail, CPG, manufacturing, Industrial products, financial services, communications, healthcare, and/or life sciences
