Job Description

Reporting to the legal leadership team, you will:

• Advise internal stakeholders on a broad spectrum of commercial and legal matters connected to cloud technology services
• Draft, review and negotiate customer, vendor and strategic partnership agreements
• Handle legal aspects of digital platform operations, online terms, customer agreements and privacy documentation
• Provide pragmatic legal support on regulatory, data protection, cybersecurity and e-commerce issues
• Track legislative developments, evaluate possible business impacts, and identify compliance requirements
• Manage dispute matters and propose recommendations to enhance risk controls and governance frameworks
• Conduct legal training and awareness programmes, while supporting corporate governance and policy initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Singapore
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification legal experience
• Experience managing commercial contracts and technology-related legal matters
• Solid knowledge of cloud computing, digital platforms, data privacy, cybersecurity and e-commerce regulations
• Ability to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice to stakeholders
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building abilities
• Independent, proactive and solutions-driven approach to work
