Key Responsibilities:

A day in the life of an Infoscion
As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role will be to get to the heart of customer issues—diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment—so that clients experience delight
You will contribute to a proposal by owning specific portions of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design within your areas of expertise
You will plan configuration activities, configure the product according to the design, conduct conference room pilots, and support resolution of questions related to requirements and solution design
You will run solution and product demonstrations, deliver POC (Proof of Technology) and Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that align with customer budgetary requirements and the organization’s financial guidelines
You will actively lead small projects and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives, with the goal of delivering high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers

Technical Requirements:

Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth, and increase their business profitability
Good knowledge of software configuration management systems
Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate
Understanding of financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions
One or two industry domain knowledge
Client interfacing skills
Project and team management
