Job Overview:

As a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Agile PLM Java, you will take the lead on technical solutions for Agile PLM implementations, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and support initiatives.
Your collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and enterprise architects will be crucial in transforming business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performance Oracle Agile PLM solutions.
You will design and develop customizations for Agile PLM, including Process Extensions (PX), Event Subscribers, Web Services integrations, reports, data migration tools, and Java-based applications that facilitate Product Lifecycle Management processes.
Additionally, you will engage in architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and promote best practices while mentoring junior team members.
Your role will also include contributing to solution development activities, providing effort estimations, creating proof of concepts, and drafting technical proposals to help clients advance their PLM transformation journey.

Design, develop, and provide support for Oracle Agile PLM solutions in various implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
Create and maintain Agile PLM customizations utilizing Agile SDK, Process Extensions (PX), Event Subscribers, and Java components.
Configure and support various Agile PLM modules, including Product Collaboration (PC), Product Governance Compliance (PGC), Product Quality Management (PQM), and Product Portfolio Management (PPM).
Design and implement integrations between Agile PLM and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, and third-party applications.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Assist in Engineering Change Management processes, including ECO, MCO, SCO, and workflow automation.
Conduct system troubleshooting, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and production support.
Engage in code reviews, technical design discussions, deployment planning, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with development standards, quality assurance processes, security protocols, and best practices.

5 to 12 years of overall IT experience, with 3 to 8 years focused on hands-on Oracle Agile PLM technical expertise.
Extensive experience with Oracle Agile PLM modules including:

Experience in integrating Agile PLM with SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications.
In-depth knowledge of Agile PLM workflows, security administration, and lifecycle management.
Proven experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and providing production support.
Hands-on experience with version control tools such as Git and SVN, as well as deployment processes.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Experience with Agile PLM upgrades, migrations, and global rollout initiatives is preferred.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud PLM and coexistence migration strategies from Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM is a plus.
Experience in sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, High Tech, or Industrial Equipment is preferred.
Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks is desirable.
Oracle Agile PLM certification and Java certifications are advantageous.
Ability to operate effectively in global delivery and client-facing settings.
