Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for SAP PP (Production Planning) and PM (Plant Maintenance) processes across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Act as the main contact for business users, resolving functional concerns and offering guidance on system behavior and PP-PM related topics.
• Conduct root cause analysis for repeat incidents and partner with technical teams to deliver durable, sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure effective integration between PP-PM and other SAP modules.
• Support SAP-to-external system interfaces to maintain accurate data exchange and alignment of end-to-end processes.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset while supporting business operations and project goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting and/or implementing SAP PP-PM.
• Experience delivering at least one end-to-end SAP PP-PM implementation project.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
• Practical experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
• Experience working in a global support or AMS environment is preferred.
