SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a day in the life of an Infoscion
• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to spearhead the engagement in delivering high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients at various stages, from problem identification to diagnosis, solution design, development, and implementation.
• You will evaluate proposals created by consultants, offer guidance, and assess the solutions formulated for client business challenges to pinpoint any potential risks and issues.
• Your role will involve identifying change management needs and suggesting a structured strategy to the client for effectively managing change through various communication channels.
• Additionally, you will mentor and establish a vision for the team, deliver subject matter training in your areas of expertise, and motivate team members through timely and constructive feedback and recognition for their high performance.
• You will play a crucial role in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering top-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients, all while adhering to the organization's guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:

• At least 9 years of experience in SAP HCM, with a focus on Payroll.
• Experience with a minimum of 1 end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementation covering all phases such as requirement gathering, conducting workshops, training development, testing, and data migration.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll Time Schemas and Rules for at least one country in the Americas, Europe, or APAC.
• Experience in the configuration of PA, OM, time management, Payroll, Time ESS, MSS, and FIORI applications.
• Integration experience with HCM on S/4 HANA alongside Workday, SuccessFactors, and other third-party systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, as this role necessitates extensive meetings with all stakeholders and acting as a single point of contact.

• Knowledge of two or three industry domains.
• Familiarity with financial processes for various project types and the different pricing models available.
• Client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience in project and team management.
