SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 15+ years of experience to assist business operations and support end users. The successful candidate must have strong SAP FICO expertise, with the capability to address basic issues in SAP SD and SAP MM. This role requires solid understanding of module integration, enhancements, and production support, specifically within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional support for SAP FICO modules to maintain smooth business operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO problems, including basic support for SAP SD and SAP MM.

Assist end users by evaluating functional incidents and service requests and driving resolution.

Collaborate with business users to capture requirements and propose system improvements.

Handle integration activities between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, especially SD and MM.

Support SAP enhancements, configuration changes, and related testing efforts.

Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of production issues.

Create and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and user guides.

Ensure system stability and adherence to business process requirements.

Mandatory Skills

7+ years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience.

Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.

Basic functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM.

Experience with SAP module integration.

Experience in SAP enhancements and production support.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
