Job Overview:

SAP FICO Consultant

We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant with over 15 years of experience to assist in our business operations and support end users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive expertise in SAP FICO and possess the capability to address fundamental issues in SAP SD and SAP MM. A solid understanding of module integration, enhancements, and production support in a retail context is essential.

Core Responsibilities:

·     Deliver functional support for SAP FICO modules to ensure seamless business operations.

·     Identify and resolve issues within SAP FICO, along with providing basic support for SAP SD and SAP MM.

·     Assist end users by analyzing and addressing functional incidents and service requests.

·     Collaborate closely with business users to collect requirements and propose system enhancements.

·     Oversee the integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules, particularly SD and MM.

·     Support SAP enhancements, configuration modifications, and testing processes.

·     Coordinate with technical teams during the resolution of issues and implementation of enhancements.

·     Conduct root cause analysis and ensure prompt resolution of production challenges.

·     Create functional documentation, test cases, and user manuals.

·     Guarantee system stability and adherence to business processes.

Essential Skills:

·     Minimum of 8 years of functional consulting experience in SAP FICO.

·     In-depth knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules.

·     Fundamental functional understanding of SAP SD and SAP MM.

·     Experience with integration across SAP modules.

·     Proficiency in SAP enhancements and production support.

·     Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

·     Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
