SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 15+ years of experience to assist business operations and support end users. The successful candidate must have strong SAP FICO expertise and be able to resolve basic issues in SAP SD and SAP MM. The role also requires solid understanding of module integration, enhancements, and production support, specifically within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional support for SAP FICO modules to help ensure reliable day-to-day business operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues, including handling basic support for SAP SD and SAP MM.

Assist end users by analyzing and resolving functional incidents and service requests.

Collaborate with business users to collect requirements and propose system improvements.

Manage integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, particularly SD and MM.

Support SAP enhancements, configuration changes, and related testing activities.

Coordinate with technical teams to support issue resolution and enhancement implementation.

Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of production issues.

Create and maintain functional documentation, test cases, and user guides.

Maintain system stability and ensure alignment with business process requirements.

Mandatory Skills

7+ years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience.

Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.

Basic functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM.

Experience with SAP module integration.

Experience in SAP enhancements and production support.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
