Job Description:

• Oversee the entire Commissioning process, starting with the preparation of a commissioning tracker, organizing commissioning workshops, conducting technical due diligence design reviews, building the commissioning strategy and plan, attending factory and site acceptance testing, resolving technical issues, and managing commissioning close out and handover.

• Review Detail Design, Basis of Design, System Sequence of Operation, and vendor Test Script.

• Develop tailored testing and commissioning plans for Integrated Systems Test (IST) and Heat Load Test (HLT).

• Review submitted test scripts and coordinate with the Cx Agent to secure timely approvals.

• Lead T&C meetings, ensuring LLE and domestic vendors’ submissions are complete and in order.

• Prepare the testing and commissioning execution plan through IST & HLT, ensuring alignment with the Datacentre’s needs and project specifications.

• Lead, manage, monitor, and coordinate vendor T&C activities by defining requirements and expectations across the full T&C lifecycle.

• Establish and maintain best practices for safety, quality, testing, and commissioning to deliver cost-effective solutions.

• Set up Commissioning Procedures and standards, and conduct regular construction site inspections to review safety, construction quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and commissioning progress.

• Have strong communication skills and provide regular reports to management on QA/QC, Commissioning progress, Issues, and KPI metrics.

• Manage Cx meetings and Cx activities for vendor project managers, including the integration of lessons learned.

• Responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on safety, scope, schedule, and budget for the Commissioning Process.

• Create and submit the final IST report upon IST completion [if included in the scope].

• Support the Uptime Institute Requirements to achieve Constructed Facility Certification (TCCF) if included in the scope.

• Collaborate with the Project Team for project handover after successful completion of IST.

• Report project progress and risks to project management, and prepare internal and external reports related to job status.
