Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to assist with implementation, deployment, enhancements, and ongoing support initiatives. This position will collaborate with both functional and technical teams, emphasizing Employee Central (EC), integrations, and SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), alongside other SuccessFactors modules as needed.

Primary Duties

. Deliver functional and/or technical consulting services for SAP SuccessFactors, covering areas such as Employee Central (EC), CPI / Integration Suite, SuccessFactors integrations and APIs, and additional modules as necessary.

. Evaluate business needs and convert them into effective SuccessFactors solution designs and configurations.

. Configure, enhance, and troubleshoot SuccessFactors capabilities, including business rules, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), and other system components.

. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll, ERP, identity management, and third-party applications utilizing CPI, APIs, OData, SFTP, Integration Center, and other relevant technologies.

. Assist with the rollout of new entities/countries, organizational changes, enhancements, and change requests.

. Conduct impact assessments, configuration/development tasks, testing, deployment, and production support.

. Facilitate SIT/UAT, data validation, and issue resolution, while ensuring relevant functional and technical documentation is maintained.

. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, SAP, and other vendors to deliver solutions and address challenges.

Qualifications

. Proven hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and/or application support.

. Extensive experience in one or more SuccessFactors areas, particularly Employee Central and/or SuccessFactors integrations.

. Familiarity with SAP CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, OData, and Integration Center is highly desirable.

. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data models, business rules, workflows, RBP, and employee lifecycle processes.

. Experience with payroll/third-party integrations, data migration, or AMS/change request delivery is a plus.

. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

. Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) are preferred.
