Key Responsibilities:
- A typical day for an Infosys consultant
- In your capacity as a member of the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to spearhead the engagement efforts in delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients, guiding them through various phases including problem identification, diagnosis, solution design, development, and deployment.
- You will be tasked with reviewing proposals created by consultants, offering guidance, and evaluating the solutions outlined for client business challenges to pinpoint potential risks and issues.
- Identifying change management needs will be essential, as you will propose a structured approach for clients to effectively manage change through various communication channels.
- Additionally, you will mentor team members, establish a clear vision, provide subject matter expertise training in your focus areas, and motivate the team through timely feedback and recognition of outstanding performance.
- Your contributions will be vital in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering top-notch, value-adding consulting solutions to clients while adhering to organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should be a SAP certified BTP Solution Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience, including 3 to 5 years specifically in SAP BTP.
- Proven expertise in Integration Suite BTP runtimes and experience working with global clients on multi-country programs is essential.
- Experience in event-driven architecture and a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and DevOps principles are required.
- Strong experience in conducting assessments and familiarity with clean core concepts is expected.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ability to formulate value-generating strategies and models that empower clients to innovate, foster growth, and enhance their business profitability.
- Solid understanding of software configuration management systems.
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, along with a collaborative mindset.
- Understanding of financial processes across various project types and the different pricing models available.
- Capability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Knowledge in one or two industry domains.
- Strong client interfacing skills.
- Proficient in project and team management.
