Senior Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management

• Provide lead technical design, technical direction, and overall solution ownership
• Architect-level expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, VMware, and MS WVD virtualization, including designing, installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting complex and large deals
• Architect-level skills in optimizing performance, scalability, security, high availability, monitoring, printing, connectivity, and group policy
• Administrator-level skills for operating Intune, Mobility, and Virtualization in Citrix and VMware environments
• Deliver a comprehensive end-to-end architecture that meets stakeholders’ business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment across the business for people, process, and systems domains
• Knowledge of Nerdio products and solutions
• Gather business and technical requirements from internal and external stakeholders to produce a requirements specification document
• Analyze and investigate potential solutions to satisfy customer business and technical requirements
• Create professional high-level solution descriptions and obtain customer acceptance of these solutions
• Own the technical solution across all project phases, support project managers, and work within a defined change management process
• Technical Competence: Demonstrated experience leading Virtual Desktop design and implementation efforts on complex projects, including planning, tracking, and controlling infrastructure project activities
• Strong experience technically leading complex projects across the full IT lifecycle: Analysis, Architecture, Design, Build, Test, and Production
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Experience technically leading projects across the complete IT Development Lifecycle, from requirements capture through handover and knowledge transfer
• Ability to organize and run requirements capture workshops and proactively listen to user needs
• Ability to lead and manage the customer relationship
• Disciplined and rigorous approach to network and infrastructure design, with the ability to ask challenging questions about infrastructure requirements and architecture at each level of the hierarchy
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• Work Products: Microsoft WVD, Citrix, VMware, CVAD
