Salesforce nCino Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced nCino Architect to design, build, and deliver scalable banking solutions using the nCino Bank Operating System (BOS) on the Salesforce platform. The right candidate will bring strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, nCino capabilities, banking domain processes, and integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation for nCino-based capabilities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to capture functional and technical requirements.
• Architect scalable, reliable, and secure solutions by leveraging nCino and Salesforce platform features.
• Configure and tailor nCino modules, including:
• Commercial Lending
• Retail Lending
• Customer Engagement
• Deposit Account Opening
• Treasury Management
• Establish integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and third-party banking systems.
• Evaluate technical designs and code, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Deliver technical leadership and mentor development teams.
• Assist with production deployments and troubleshoot architecture-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience implementing and designing within the nCino Platform.
• Proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.
• Advanced expertise in:
• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce
• SOQL/SOSL
• Salesforce Integrations
• Experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Experience designing application and integration architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• nCino Certification(s) preferred.
• Salesforce Certifications:
• Application Architect
• System Architect
• Technical Architect (Preferred)
• Platform Developer I/II
• Experience delivering using Agile/Scrum models.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado, or Gearset.

Nice to Have

• Experience with FSC (Financial Services Cloud).
• Experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Exposure to data migration and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud security and governance frameworks.
