QC Executive

Overview:
This position is tasked with upholding the utmost standards of quality and hygiene within the beverage bottling sector. The individual will be responsible for managing quality assurance protocols, maintaining essential documentation, and ensuring adherence to industry standards including SAP QM and FSSC 22000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the quality assurance operations within the bottling facility to guarantee that products conform to both company and regulatory standards.
• Keep SAP QM and FSSC 22000 documentation current to ensure compliance with industry requirements.
• Serve as the 5S Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to advocate for and apply 5S methodologies aimed at enhancing workplace organization and efficiency.
• Evaluate plant quality and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Perform regular audits and inspections to identify opportunities for improvement and execute corrective measures.
• Educate and train personnel on personal hygiene and quality standards to foster a culture of quality and safety.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP QM and FSSC 22000 standards and documentation procedures.
• Background in quality assurance within the beverage sector, especially in bottling processes.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary for training and managing staff.
• Capability to conduct detailed inspections and audits with an emphasis on continuous enhancement.
• Expertise in implementing and managing 5S methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Preferred certification in quality management systems such as FSSC 22000 or an equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance positions within the beverage industry.
