API INTEGRATION DEVELOPER RESTFUL GCP 6 MONTHS C2H BAN

We are seeking an API Integration Developer with expertise in REST for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Bangalore or Mumbai.

SHIFT: 2 PM TO 10 PM

·      Core Responsibilities

·      Enhance the current Proof of Delivery API solution

·      Create or expand customer-facing API endpoints

·      Perform API integration and testing

·      Collaborate with current authentication and gateway infrastructure

·      Required Experience

·      Proficient in REST/JSON APIs

·      Experience in API integration

·      Java experience may be essential (to be confirmed)

·      Proven track record in API testing and troubleshooting

·      Work Environment

·      Oracle/GCP cloud environment

·      Transitioning EDI platform to Cleo

·      Existing JDE integrations

·      Focus on customer onboarding and integration workstreams

·      Clarification on whether API developers need in-depth Java development experience or just general API integration knowledge.

·      Specific API technology stack and framework details.

·      Indication of whether previous Cleo experience is mandatory or merely preferred.

·      Develop and produce regular reports (weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc) on key support metrics, including incident volume, resolution times, SLA performance, and trends.

Analyze report data to pinpoint areas for enhancement and provide valuable insights to management.
