Position Overview

We are seeking motivated professionals to become part of our Microfinance team as a Relationship Manager. If you possess a background in Collections or Recoveries (across any loan or financial product) and have a passion for engaging with customers, this role presents an excellent opportunity to advance your career within the BFSI sector.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Male candidates only
• Age: Up to 30 years
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in Collections & Recoveries (any product)
• Strong communication and customer relationship abilities
• Willingness to travel for field visits

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee collection and recovery efforts for designated customers.
• Conduct follow-ups on overdue payments to ensure prompt collections.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships.
• Aim to achieve collection goals while adhering to company policies.
• Update customer information and provide field visit reports.
