Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads and onboard new customers.
• Promote banking and loan products effectively.
• Conduct customer meetings and field visits.
• Develop customer relationships and follow up on potential leads.
• Assist clients with loan documentation and processing.
• Manage collections and recovery activities as applicable.
• Meet assigned sales and business targets.

Mandatory Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply!
• Relevant experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan Sales, Field Sales, Microfinance, Collections, or Recovery preferred for experienced candidates.
• A two-wheeler is required.
• A valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Minimum CIBIL Score: 700.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to engage in field sales activities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
