Position Overview

• Experience Required: 6 months to 5 years
• Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only
• Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate
• Compensation: 3.5 LPA – 5 LPA
• Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Role
• Sector: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 5 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales
• Background in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services is advantageous
• Proven skills in customer acquisition and relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Willingness to engage in field sales
• Preference for candidates with applicable Home Loan / LAP sales experience

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire customers for Home Loan & LAP
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and referral partners
• Generate leads via field visits and various channels
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into business
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient loan processing
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Ensure ongoing customer engagement and relationship management
