Primary Responsibilities:

A typical day working as an Infoscion involves engaging with clients, understanding their core challenges, diagnosing issues, designing innovative solutions, and supporting deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
As a key member of the Infosys consulting team, your main role will be to analyze customer problems, craft effective solutions, and facilitate their implementation to achieve excellent client outcomes.
You will contribute to proposal development by managing sections of the proposal document and providing insights into solution design based on your areas of expertise.
Planning your activities will include configuring the product according to the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving queries related to requirements and solution architecture.
Perform solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligned with the client’s budget and organizational financial policies.
Take the lead on small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience.
Proficient in SAP HANA modeling and scripting techniques.
Experienced in SAP BW modeling and BEX query development.
Extensive experience with SAP BW on HANA, including designing end-to-end data flows with Data Store Objects (DSOs), Open ODSs, Composite Providers, AMDP scripting, and query creation.
Strong background in native HANA modeling, including CDS views, SQL scripting, graphical view modeling, SDA extraction, and related techniques.
Designing and building data workflows, developing process chains to load and monitor data efficiently.
Applying performance tuning strategies in SAP BW on HANA environments.
Hands-on experience with standard and custom planning functions, planning sequences, filters, data slices, characteristic relationships, currency translation, and planning layouts.
Competent in creating web templates for various applications.
Good understanding of ABAP programming is advantageous.

Ability to develop strategic, value-driven models that enable clients to innovate, foster growth, and enhance profitability.
Solid knowledge of software configuration management systems.
Awareness of emerging technologies and current industry trends.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
Understanding of financial processes across different project types and familiarity with various pricing models.
Capability to evaluate existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend suitable technological solutions.
Industry domain knowledge, with one or two areas of expertise preferred.
Excellent client interfacing skills to maintain and build strong client relationships.
Experience in project management and leading teams.
