Role Overview

We are seeking Relationship Managers – Microfinance to oversee customer acquisition, collection, and recovery efforts at branches located in the Salem area.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Open to Freshers
• Preferred: Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections & Recoveries
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Microfinance, or Financial Services is advantageous
• Applicants with experience across any product are welcome
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to engage in field work
• Age up to 30 years
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and conduct field activities
• Engage with customers and monitor account status
• Oversee collection and recovery processes
• Follow up with customers for timely payment collection
• Maintain consistent communication with customers
• Perform field visits as necessary
• Address and resolve customer inquiries
• Keep accurate records and reports of collections
• Collaborate with the branch team
• Meet designated collection and business objectives
