Demonstrated expertise in Zuora Billing and subscription-based business
models.
Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Revenue
processes.
Experience validating and testing subscription management, amendments, renewals,
invoicing, payments, and billing adjustments.
Practical experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
Strong SQL skills for backend data validation and reconciliation.
Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end
testing.
Familiarity with defect management and test management tools such as Jira,
Azure DevOps, or equivalent solutions.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
