Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Partner with stakeholders to collect, evaluate, and record business requirements, converting them into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Process Improvement: Review existing business processes and workflows, then recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including business requirements, process maps, use cases, and project reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the communication link between business units, technology teams, and support teams to maintain alignment and enable effective collaboration.
• Project Coordination: Support project planning, coordination, and execution by helping ensure deliverables are completed on time while managing project scope and risks.
• Testing and Validation: Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm solutions align with business needs and operate as expected.
• Will perform Scrum Master role and perform all Scrum ceremonies.

• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence.
