PSO Overall Lead (EDA and Transformation)

Job Overview:

• Lead Program Support Office (PSO) with extensive expertise in program governance, portfolio management, delivery assurance, and transformation of operating models within large enterprise settings.
• Demonstrated capability to implement standardized delivery frameworks, governance controls, metrics, and review processes that promote predictable outcomes, ensure compliance, and sustain business value.
• Esteemed for connecting business delivery and technology stakeholders, fostering transparency, managing risks, and promoting continuous improvement across intricate multi-vendor, multi-geography programs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete PSO function across diverse programs and portfolios.
• Define and implement enterprise delivery governance frameworks, standards, and controls.
• Establish review cadence, tollgates, and escalation procedures.
• Guarantee alignment of program execution with client service level agreements (SLAs), organizational goals, and compliance mandates.
• Enhance portfolio-level transparency regarding costs, schedules, scope, and risks.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery health and assurance.
• Provide leadership with data-driven insights and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application teams for environmental support.
• Lead the team in troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analyses, and resolving incidents promptly.
• Accountable for maintaining high availability and stability of the platform.
• Oversee application performance tuning and optimization.
• Manage release deployments and ensure seamless migration across different environments.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale production environments and incidents.
• Strong proficiency in Unix, Linux scripting, and command line utilities.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Establish a scalable PSO operating model that supports multiple concurrent programs.
• Standardize delivery metrics, health dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Enhance predictability and audit readiness through structured governance frameworks.
• Mitigate delivery risks through proactive issue identification and escalation.
• Facilitate informed decision-making at the leadership level through comprehensive portfolio insights.
• Drive consistency across programs through uniform templates, playbooks, and processes.

Technical Qualifications:

• 10 to 15 years of industry experience with Tableau, MSTR, Hadoop, Informatica, Ab Initio, Unix, and Python.

Additional Qualifications:

• 12 years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio, Informatica, Tableau, and Hadoop.
• Advanced SQL capabilities, including query optimization and performance tuning.
