PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver application / production support for enterprise-level Java applications

Oversee applications and address production issues & incidents

Examine logs, determine root causes, and rectify application challenges

Resolve data synchronization and integration challenges

Utilize SQL queries, stored procedures, and relational databases

Maintain support for REST APIs and Spring/Spring Boot applications

Assess application performance and pinpoint bottlenecks

Engage with cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment methodologies

Provide assistance with Verint WFM / Workforce Optimization applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with JavaScript / TypeScript / React

Experience in Python or Shell scripting

Knowledge of containerization / cloud-native technologies

Proficiency with enterprise monitoring & support tools
