India-Payroll Operations

We are seeking a meticulous India Payroll Executive/Payroll Analyst with substantial expertise in processing payroll in India, ensuring statutory compliance, conducting payroll reconciliations, and managing payroll systems. The successful candidate will possess robust analytical capabilities and demonstrate proficiency in executing payroll operations with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the comprehensive processing of payroll and manage all activities within the payroll lifecycle for India.

Administer payroll inputs, conduct validations, facilitate salary processing, and execute post-payroll tasks.

Utilize SAP HR/Payroll for executing payroll transactions and generating reports.

Address payroll-related inquiries and manage tickets through ServiceNow (SNOW).

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), TDS, PAN-Aadhaar linkage, and other payroll-related laws.

Conduct payroll reconciliations and assist with both internal and external audits.

Create payroll reports and maintain MIS dashboards.

Employ Power Query and Excel for automating payroll reporting and performing data analysis.

Work collaboratively with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve any payroll issues.
