Project Manager LTA / Civil Infrastructure

Our client is a well-established A1 main contractor in Singapore with a proven track record in delivering building, civil and infrastructure projects. With continued project wins and ongoing business expansion, they are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution and delivery of LTA civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed in line with schedule, budget, quality and safety requirements.
• Administer project programmes, manage resources and construction methodologies, and oversee overall site operations.
• Coordinate and engage with LTA, consultants, authorities, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Evaluate construction drawings, technical submissions and work methodologies to confirm alignment with contractual and statutory requirements.
• Track project progress, costs and performance; flag risks and address technical or on-site issues.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordinate both contractual and operational matters.
• Chair project meetings, deliver progress updates to Management, and ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction or project management experience.
• Track record in LTA, MRT, road, rail or major civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project planning, contract administration and site coordination.
• Experience coordinating with LTA, government authorities and consultants is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Other Information

• Location: Project site, depending on project assignment
• Working days: 5.5 days per week
• Salary: Up to S$10,000 + variable bonus, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
