Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Process Analyst – Risk and Compliance (Operations), you will manage activities tied to administration of the new account process, document handling, mail support, and other responsibilities within the Operations department. The focus of your work is to improve the efficiency of both new and existing procedures.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Establish new client accounts in the CRM database and follow up on missing client documents.
• Create, merge, and send welcome letters to clients via email.
• Store and retrieve documents from the database.
• Provide project and administrative support including data entry.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Graduate in Finance, Banking, or related field with 2+ years of experience in customer documentation and managing client accounts.
• Ability to accurately and promptly handle substantial volumes.
• Strong typing skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and demonstrated analytical skills to organize and analyze multiple complex data sets.
• Self-directed, ambitious approach.
