Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as International Voice Process representatives. This position involves handling customer communications via voice calls, providing assistance and solutions to improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both incoming and outgoing international voice calls from customers and clients.
• Address customer inquiries and offer information about our products and services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through adept communication and effective problem resolution.
• Accurately document call details and customer interactions in our system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance processes and service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal communication abilities in English, with proficiency in an additional language being a plus.
• Strong listening skills and comprehension to accurately identify customer needs.
• Competence in utilizing computer systems and software for call management.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Education: 12th grade or equivalent

Experience: Minimum of 6 months in BPO international voice process

Shift: Night shift with 2 rotational days off

Salary: Up to 32K + Performance-based incentives

Process: US Shift

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Age Limit: 32 years

Transportation: Cab provided both ways
