Experience in the contact center domain

Extensive knowledge in leading Contact centers platforms, including Google Dialogflow, Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud, NICE InContact, and Twilio

Experience with Cloud-based CCaaS solutions is mandatory

Experience in leading and responding to RFPs

Comfortable presenting solutions to customers

Strong working knowledge of creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets

Proven record of building new solutions, publishing white papers, and writing blogs

Motivated self-starter with a proactive, action-oriented mindset

Strategic problem-solving and collaboration skills

Excellent communication and written skills in English
