Presales Engineer

Role: Presales Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a Presales Engineer with a strong background in CDN, networking, and cloud security to deliver support for customer technical engagements, assist with solution design, lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and conduct product demonstrations.

The successful candidate should have solid knowledge of CDN and Internet infrastructure technologies. Basic knowledge or exposure to AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Gateway solutions will be considered a plus.

Requirements:

   Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).

   Open to candidates with 3-10 years' working experience in customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales roles.

   Basic knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals.

   Must be able to travel local & international.

Preferred / Plus Points:

   Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

   Familiarity with major domestic and international AI/LLM providers and models.

   Basic understanding of AI/LLM commercial models, including API services and token-based pricing.

   Familiarity with AI Gateway concepts, such as API integration, model routing, and multi-model management.
