Power Automate Desktop Developer

We are seeking a proficient Power Automate Desktop Developer to design, create, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that reduce manual, repetitive workloads. The ideal candidate will have practical experience automating desktop and web-based applications with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop, working with Power Platform capabilities, and building scalable automation solutions used across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and release RPA workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

· Create both attended and unattended automation flows for desktop, web, and legacy applications

· Connect Power Automate Desktop flows with Power Automate Cloud flows to deliver end-to-end automation

· Apply UI automation, image recognition, and OCR capabilities to manage complex application workflows

· Automate processes that involve Excel, Outlook, SAP, browser-based applications, and other enterprise platforms

· Set up and administer triggers, schedules, and error-handling/exception logic within automation flows

· Deploy and administer automations through Power Automate gateways and machine groups

· Review automation performance, resolve flow issues, troubleshoot failures, and improve existing solutions

· Maintain documentation covering process workflows, technical designs, and support/maintenance procedures

· Partner with business analysts, IT teams, and end users to ensure delivered solutions align with requirements

· Follow data security, governance, and RPA best practices to maintain compliance

· Provide continued support, maintenance, and enhancements for deployed bots

· Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power BI, Dataverse.

· Strong technical capabilities, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
