PLM Aras Developer

Job Overview:

• As an ARAS Developer, you will be engaged in various stages of the application development lifecycle, emphasizing the design, development, and implementation of solutions utilizing the ARAS platform.
• Your role involves close collaboration with architects and business stakeholders to gather requirements, contribute to solution design, and convert these into scalable technical solutions.
• You will take charge of developing, configuring, customizing, testing, and deploying ARAS-based applications, ensuring they operate with high performance and reliability.
• Your responsibilities will include creating workflows, forms, integrations, and extensions while following best practices and coding standards.
• You will work alongside cross-functional and distributed Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, development, and delivery efforts.
• Additionally, you will support DevOps and automation practices, including version control, CI/CD processes, and deployment pipelines.
• Furthermore, you will aid in troubleshooting issues, enhancing system performance, and ensuring quality through thorough testing.
• You will contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and internal capability development while supporting client requirements and enhancements.
• This position provides the chance to collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives and user requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approximately 2 to 5 years of experience or more in the IT sector.
• Strong software engineering skills, including object-oriented analysis and design, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support using Aras Innovator and .NET.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Aras Innovator implementations, particularly in the realm of PLM solutions.
• Proven proficiency in .NET, C# related frameworks, and JavaScript.
• Good working knowledge of AML (Adaptive Markup Language) and IOM API development.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to write complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with IIS administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting within .NET application environments.
• Exposure to cloud adoption and migration initiatives on platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working with DevOps practices and associated toolchains.
• Familiarity with CATIA will be considered an additional advantage.
