Sterling OMS Mid Level Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience a day in the life of an Infoscion
• In your role with the Infosys consulting team, you will primarily support various phases of projects, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• Your research will involve exploring alternatives to the proposed solutions through literature surveys, publicly available information, vendor evaluations, and more.
• You will also create proof of concepts (POCs).
• Your responsibilities will include developing requirement specifications based on business needs, defining future processes, and crafting detailed functional designs according to specified requirements.
• Support will be required in configuring solution requirements on products; you will need to understand any issues, diagnose their root causes, seek clarifications, and identify and shortlist potential solution alternatives.
• Additionally, you will engage in unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality, value-added solutions to our customers.

Technical Requirements:

• Core skills in Supply Chain Management, specifically with IBM Sterling OMS and IBM Sterling WMS.

• Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and refine, analyze, and structure relevant data to contribute to client deliverables.
• Stay informed about the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Exhibit logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, along with a strong ability to collaborate effectively.
• Evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Possess knowledge in one or two industry domains.
