Job Overview:

• In your role within the Infosys consulting team, your main responsibility will be to thoroughly understand client challenges, identify areas for improvement, devise innovative solutions, and oversee their implementation, ensuring client satisfaction.
• You will take ownership of sections within the proposal document, providing insights into solution design based on your expertise.
• Your duties will include planning configuration activities, setting up the product as per the design specifications, conducting conference room pilots, and addressing any inquiries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will deliver product demonstrations, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and create effort estimates that align with customer budgets and adhere to the organization’s financial policies.
• You will lead small projects and contribute to unit and organizational initiatives aimed at providing high-quality, value-driven solutions to clients.

Core Responsibilities:

• You will manage and oversee the complete implementation of Celonis, SAP Signavio, MS Power Automate, Process Mining, AssistEdge Discover, and Pega Process Mining projects for various clients.
• Your role will involve helping clients achieve significant business results and return on investment by utilizing insights gained through process and task mining.
• You will work closely with process owners and technical teams at each client to understand their objectives and requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines and activities, ensuring timely delivery that meets client specifications from kickoff to completion.
• You will collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate the process mining application with client source systems.
• You will assist in extracting, transforming, and loading client data into the process mining application.
• You will create customized dashboards, analyses, and reports for process visualization.
• You will coordinate with Technical Engineers to implement the task mining application across the client’s organization and user base.
• You will support the capture of user tasks and facilitate their loading into the task mining application.
• You will analyze outputs from task mining, creating relevant dashboards and reports.
• You will present implementation outcomes to both Infosys and client leadership teams.
• You will organize and lead workshops for clients.

Technical Qualifications:

• Essential skills include expertise in Celonis.
• You should possess 5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Optimization Initiatives, Technology Consulting, or software services implementations.
• Strong analytical skills are required, particularly in applying technological solutions to fundamental business challenges.
• Functional knowledge of SAP processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, AP, AR) is highly desirable.
• A basic understanding of SQL and experience in process visualization are necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions both verbally and in writing, are crucial.
• You will mentor junior data engineers, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and improvement within the team.
• It is important to create and maintain thorough documentation for data models, processes, and systems to enhance knowledge sharing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Foundational knowledge in Business Process Management.
