Appian Consultant

Job Overview:

• We are in search of a skilled Appian professional with 5 to 9 years of experience to design, develop, and implement BPM solutions utilizing Appian, as well as to optimize existing Appian modules.
• The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Appian development, process automation, performance enhancement, and ensuring smooth integration with enterprise systems.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Appian applications, including interface rules, integrations, records, sites, reports, and process models.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Apply Appian best practices to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Facilitate the integration of Appian with external systems through Web APIs, RDBMS, REST, SOAP APIs, and third-party services.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning on Appian applications.
• Create technical documentation and offer support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production phases.

Technical Qualifications:

• 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Appian development.
• In-depth knowledge of Appian components such as SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Sites.
• Experience with Appian plug-ins, Appian RPA, and Appian Connected Systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java, SQL, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
