Our esteemed Healthcare Client is on the lookout for a driven individual to take on the role of Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering outstanding frontline services, facilitating efficient clinic operations, and nurturing positive interactions with patients.

Location : Novena

Work Day :Monday - Friday (Office Hours) and Saturday (Half Day)

Salary :$2,000 - $2,800 (Includes attractive benefits such as AWS, VB, medical coverage, and more)

Job Description:

Your responsibilities will encompass everything from patient registration and appointment scheduling to payment processing and financial guidance, positioning you as the face of our compassionate healthcare services.

You will meticulously manage patient medical records, ensuring smooth operational flow for our healthcare professionals.

Support physicians with room procedures and various medical tasks, contributing to a cohesive healthcare team.

Handle clinic complaints thoughtfully and escalate issues as needed, reflecting your dedication to enhancing patient satisfaction.

Job Requirement:

Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level

Previous experience in the Healthcare or Customer Service sectors is advantageous.

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
