Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Strategy Development: Develop and execute groundbreaking strategies and frameworks for community health programs that yield significant, measurable results.
• Empowerment & Engagement: Create and implement initiatives that enable communities to take charge of their health. Foster a dynamic culture centered around preventive care and healthy living.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic alliances with grassroots organizations, social service agencies, and healthcare providers to enhance integrated care and elevate overall community health.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business-related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of pertinent experience in healthcare, strategic planning, and partnership development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with a history of successful planning and execution.
• Outstanding writing, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
